1.ICT probe mainly uses for online circuit test and functional test, also known as lCT test and FCT test , is the most application one. It's diameter usually between 2.54mm-1.27mm,the industry standard calls 100mil,75mil,50mil. and even more special only 0.19mm.

2.PCB probe is mainly based on the center distance and the shape of measured point on the PCB board, the closer between points, the thinner diameter we need to select.

3.The test pitch of Micro-series probe is generally 0.25mm to 0.76mm.
